I purchased this unit from the original owner who was 93 years young. The service history is amazing. It has always been stored inside. There are no dents or scratches anywhere. I doubt that there is another as maticulously maintained or cared for in the nation!! Does come with the orighan books. Also has an equalizer hitch. Tires are 6 years old and since it was inside, not dry rot or cracking at all. Awnings on both sides are in excellent condition. Cane from Alabama.
